1. Returns Policy:

We accept returns on most products within 5 days of delivery. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please review the conditions below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Unboxing video: A clear, unboxing video is mandatory for us to approve your return request. This helps us verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.
  • Returns must be requested within 5 days from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Record an Unboxing Video: Record a video while opening the product. Make sure the video clearly shows the product and its packaging.
  2. Submit Your Return Request: Send your unboxing video and return request to support@eksclusive.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
  3. Return Approval: After reviewing your video and request, we will approve or deny your return. If approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the product through our courier partners.

Refund Process:

  • After receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) and may take 7 to 15 working days to reflect in your account.

2. Exchange Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may want a different product or size. Therefore, we offer exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order. The process is simple:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • A mandatory unboxing video is required to approve your exchange request.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Record an Unboxing Video: Make sure to record a clear video while unboxing the product.
  2. Submit Your Exchange Request: Email your unboxing video and exchange request to support@eksclusive.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  3. Exchange Approval: After reviewing your video, we will approve the exchange request and guide you through the next steps.

Exchange Shipping Fee:

  • For all exchanges, there is a flat fee of ₹150 for the shipping charges, which will be added to your order. You can pay this fee at the time of the exchange request.

Replacement Process:

  • Once the exchange is approved, we will ship out the new product. If the replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund instead.

3. Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, here’s what you need to know:

Eligibility for Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
  • Please note that frequent cancellations may lead to permanent blocking of your account from our store. Additionally, your account may be reported to other online platforms to prevent future cancellations.

How to Cancel an Order:

  1. Email Us Immediately: To cancel an order, please contact us at support@eksclusive.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. Cancellation Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm whether your order has been dispatched or not. If the order has not been dispatched, we will proceed with the cancellation.
  3. Refund for Cancellations: If the cancellation is successful, the refund will be processed to the original payment method and will reflect within 7 to 15 working days.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

How to Report Damaged or Defective Products:

  1. Provide Proof: Send us clear pictures and a video showing the damage or defect.
  2. Email Us: Reach out to us at support@eksclusive.com with the evidence and your order details.
  3. Resolution: Once we review your case, we will offer a replacement or process a refund as per your preference.

5. Terms and Conditions for Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:

  • The product must be in unused and original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact for return or exchange requests.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or customized products, unless the product is defective.
  • Shipping charges for returns, exchanges, and cancellations (if applicable) will be clearly communicated to the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Any product that does not meet the eligibility criteria for returns or exchanges will be rejected.
